Working with great people—whether mentors, collaborators, or supportive friends—gives you a richer perspective and helps you stretch beyond your comfort zone. These relationships remind you what you are capable of while offering important lessons along the way.
Confidence is not built entirely in isolation. It grows from what you accomplish on your own and how others encourage and elevate you. Surrounding yourself with growth-minded, supportive individuals creates the conditions for confidence to flourish.
