May 29, 2025 – Week 22
Catalyst
‟He is a wise man who does not grieve for the things which he has not, but rejoices for those which he has.” ~ Epictetus
Insight
Gratitude works best when it shifts your focus from scarcity to abundance. Too often, the mind gets stuck on wanting what is just out of reach. This perspective creates unnecessary suffering and blinds you to the good things already within your grasp.
Rejoicing in what you have does not mean ignoring ambitions or goals. It means letting gratitude form the foundation of how you move forward. When you live with a grateful heart, you create a sense of contentment that carries you through challenges and encourages you to aim higher from a place of peace instead of lack.
Reflection
Where in your life can you focus less on what is missing and more on what you already have?
