Trust is the glue that holds relationships together.
Insight
Without trust, even the most joyful connections struggle to survive. Trust allows vulnerability, honesty, and forgiveness to flourish, making it the invisible framework that keeps relationships steady. It enables people to communicate without fear and hold each other accountable in meaningful, healthy ways.
Building trust takes time and consistency. It’s built in small moments such as keeping promises, showing up, and taking others seriously. And while rebuilding trust after it’s broken can be slow, it’s possible with humility and effort from both sides.
Reflection
Think about a relationship where trust has either been built or challenged, then consider the ways trust has shaped the connection, and how you might strengthen it further.
